The Mood Media Template Updates project was developed during my Graphic Design Co-op at TJX Companies to support internal communications and associate recognition initiatives. Created in Canva, the project focused on modernizing and standardizing visual templates used across the company's internal social platform.

The objective was to establish a cohesive set of reference templates that aligned with updated visual standards while providing teams with flexible tools to celebrate associate achievements, company milestones, and internal initiatives. The project required balancing consistency with adaptability to ensure the templates could be used across a variety of communication needs.

Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Store Operations and internal communications teams, I developed a series of scalable template designs to improve visual consistency and streamline content creation. Particular attention was given to layout structure, typography, brand alignment, and ease of use to ensure the templates remained effective across multiple formats and audiences.

The final template system provided a strong foundation for future internal communications, helping teams create engaging, brand-aligned content while recognizing and celebrating associates throughout the organization. The project demonstrates the value of collaborative design, scalable systems, and thoughtful visual communication in a large corporate environment.
